The staff here was amazing, our guest room had a lovely classic design, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, featuring scrambled eggs, bacon, and a variety of other food options.

Booked the room with my two children for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. The service was good, including an efficient check-in.

Luxurious room, gorgeous with a confortable bathroom, an extra bed which is given usually for the kid plus perfect bed linens, nice staff. Nice service throughout the hotel. Everything perfect. Location very close to Florence centre and shopping mall nearby. Again, walking distance to Barbican House...

The grounds were well-maintained, and the breakfast offered was plentiful and excellent. Our room was a good size, quiet, and featured an electric socket along with a comfortable bathroom and three twin beds. the selection of food at breakfast was fabulous.

The room was very nice and the beds were quite comfortable even though the separation between the beds was almost non-existent. The staff was great. The mosqueitos gave us a bit of a problem but that was basically our only complaint or problem with out 2 day stay. I would definately stay there again if I am in the area.

if you want to visit i gigli within just 5 minutes walk, this hotel is a good place. it is in front of the airport.

The property was stunningly beautiful and well-maintained. Our room was outstanding, complete with a private safe, a minibar, and central heating. the staff was kind and helpful, offering great suggestions for places to visit. the location was excellent, conveniently situated at a reasonable distance from Lewes Priory Park. There was also a fantastic restaurant just a short 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Staff was mediorcre, and had to be wheedled for service.

The staff was poor of knowledge of foreign languages. They only gave information when asked. Restaurant was not inviting to stay there for dinner, it had no sphere.

Good hotel structure, great decor, comfortable beds and bathrooms. Polite staff, quieter than in the past. Twelve-minute taxi ride to Florence Airport. Efficient check-in, English-speaking receptionist. Clean and comfortable room. Mini bar with reasonably priced items. On-site restaurant. Private parking available. Mostly a business hotel. Nearby shopping mall and food options. Convenient for driving to city center and accessing train station. No breakfast taken.

The room was very nice as well as the breakfast setup. All in all the hotel was really good.

Only that the location requires you to have a car and at best also a gps (at minimum a good map of the way) because it is not easy to find the way back and forth without having tried it.

The quality of the room was excellent and we have no complaints - It was very comfortable, spacious, plush and tastefully decorated, as in fact was the entire hotel. The kettle in the room was a nice touch and welcomed. We also appreciated the secure, underground car park and free wifi access.

There should be more road signs to the hotel as it was very difficult to find situated down a minor side road. We ate in the hotel restaurant that evening and frankly the food was very disappointing - there didn't seem to be any local restaurants within walking distance and after a long day in the car we couldn't face driving again to find one.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Campi Bisenzio, I had a very pleasant experience. The room I stayed in was spacious, well-kept, and clean. The cozy ambiance of the hotel made me feel instantly at ease. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The restaurant on-site offered a variety of delicious local dishes that I thoroughly enjoyed. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

1) since taxis in/around Florence often try to cheat on prices, it would be good if the hotel would arrange some taxi service at (reasonable) fixed-price to go back/forward some key-points (e.g. airport, city centre, railway station) 2) croissants and bread offered at the breakfast are cold: it would be good to have a small device (i.e. oven) to heat them

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to access Tuscany motorways and Calenzano station. the rooms are spacious and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast is decent and the parking is secure.

The hotel is not within walking distance of anything but a mall, making it inconvenient for those who want to explore the surrounding area on foot.
